Nestle Fitnesse 14 Days to Show Off Your Shape

Whenever we go to our favorite supermarket’s aisle where the cereals are being sold, we always get two boxes: one big box of cereals for the kids and a box of Nestle Fitnesse cereals for me. I love it that I can have cereals that feel light, and yummy enough to munch on by itself.

Anyway, last Saturday, my friends (who are also blogging moms) and I met for a special occasion. We talked about Nestle Fitnesse 14 Days to Show Off Your Shape Contest. Based on the contest mechanics, we see that we have a chance to join this contest ourselves, haha!

Hmmm… should we join this contest and get the chance to wear fashionable and expensive clothes with labels that read Hermes, Rhett Eala, Michi Calica, Religioso, Kate Torralba, Jun Escario, Chanel or 7 for All Mankind?

Michi Calica

Fat chance you say?

I say think slim and fit for this dress below:

Rhett Eala

Healthy Living

Healthy living is not something we should decide upon to adapt or not, as a lifestyle.

Healthy living is the only choice if we put our perspectives in order.

Why not? Being healthy is one ticket to a life that is not riddled with chemical-induced relief from pain and hospital bills.

There are even some illnesses where people need to travel to seek help.Going for cancer treatments in the USA, spine surgery Mexico, and probably even seeking ayurvedic medicine treatments in India are just some of the costly steps people have in order to be healthy again.

Some would even travel to places where it is said that prayers and prayer offerings can give miraculous effect.

Becoming healthy or espousing a healthy living starts with the self.

How?

Some first steps to be considered would be healthy eating, having a fitness program, getting enough sleep and not getting stressed too much.

Yes, it seems like an impossibility to some but taking one small step at a time will surely help one live a lifestyle considered healthy.

Del, Hypoallergenic Fabric Softener

Itchy and grumpy allergic kids?

Protect your child from skin allergy like rashes and itchiness by using hypoallergenic products. These hypoallergenic products are not just limited to using body creams, lotions and soaps.

Using products that are safe for the children’s sensitive skin and definitely mommy recommended is important to ensure the best products for them:

Now there is a hypoallergenic fabric softener from the makers of Green Cross alcohol: Del Hypollergenic Fabric Softener in Pure Cotton Scent:

Don’t Forget Your Sun Protection

With summer currently happening, it is no wonder that a lot of people are planing on Florida vacations.

Water fun is at its best with swimming, snorkeling, surfing and other water sports.

However, it is important to be able to protect the skin from over-exposure. Bringing and using lots of sun protection is a must and so is hydration to prevent dehydration. Yes, drink lots of water and juices during summer.

Above all, have safe fun 🙂

Does Chocolate Cause Acne?

I love chocolates and need I say that my children do too?

We always have chocolates in the house though before we have these in bars, now these come in bite sizes. The intake is also moderated since the kids ( and I ) have these for dessert.

Dove Beauty Cream Bar

There is this boy I know, TR, whose skin is oh-so-soft and supple. I once asked his mom what soap or lotion she uses on the boy and she answered: Dove.

This got me thinking about using the same product because I was so impressed with the child’s soft skin.

My son has some rough patches of skin, especially on his knees and sometimes on the face especially when its asthma season.

My youngest daughter too, has some rough patches on her skin.

These situations prompted us to change the products that we use and that includes the soap and the lotion.
