Does Chocolate Cause Acne?
I love chocolates and need I say that my children do too?
We always have chocolates in the house though before we have these in bars, now these come in bite sizes. The intake is also moderated since the kids ( and I ) have these for dessert.
Lately though, my eldest daughter expressed her thoughts that eating chocolates would make her seek for treatment for acne that can appears on her face every now and then. I told her that she is in a stage where these acne are bound to appear due to the changes that she is undergoing.
I am not sure though if chocolates can cause acne but what I know for sure is that over-consuming anything would not be good for the body.
So, chocolates, anyone?
