Moving Up Day Gifts

The Moving Up Day of the kids has come and gone.

Hubby and I promised them a gift, a reward for all their hard work. They have long chosen what they wanted us to give them, before they even broached the idea of demanding asking for these tokens.

The little boy asked for a small toy car (he has several dozens already!) while the little girl asked for a small inflatable swimming pool for summer. Hmmm… the little girl even wanted a personalized gift but changed her mind when she saw those colorful pools in the malls.

Today I will probably surprise them and get the pool. The toy car can wait until they can go with me to the mall again since I do not know what car brand the little boy has set his eyes on.

Sting Contacts

  1. Bow out ::  one should never give up whatever “fight” or situation he/she is in IF everything is worth it in the end
  2. Relationships :: are like two-way streets, there should be give and take
  3. Facebook ::  is a place where (almost) long-forgotten and treasured ties are reconnected
  4. Items ::  on sale like roller shades and container boxes are on my list
  5. Ours ::  is not a good neighborhood
  6. Sting :: is one of my favorite singers
  7. Hangover :: rarely do I have this because I don’t drink
  8. Contacts :: important to have their numbers handy
  9. Lonely :: is a word I heard for people craving attention and spending endless hours in facebook
  10. Seven days :: we have for a week but it seems we need more especially when busy

Subaru Impreza WRX STI

April is a few days away and this would mean car re-registration, auto insurance quotes and a badly needed fresh coat of paint and body works, among others.

Below is one of the cars that the children have a liking to, Subaru Impreza WRX STI. No, that almost new car with a fresh coat of paint is NOT our car. Wish it is though 😀

We have watched Russ Swift drive a Subaru Impreza WRX STI for Precision Driving demo. See the J turns and donuts that this car can do on the pavement.

Awesome power.

Fresh fruits, another entry, here.
