Looking Down from the Sky

How high can one go when looking down? This high?

Flying High

Though of course I’m not so sure if local flights fly as high as international flights, still, it’s a long way from where I am to where I’m looking down 🙂

Natural Light

Mint leaves in this entry.

This house has been designed to receive optimum natural light to conserve on electricity.

I laud green designs like these and I hope a lot of developers will follow suit.

The community of these houses can be found where the koi feeding happened.

Say it With Roses

Happy anniversary. Happy Birthday. I love you. I’m sorry.

Sometimes words are not enough and we opt to say what we want to be made known through flowers.

Roses from Island Rose

This same rose came from Island Rose.

Have a great weekend all ye Photo Hunters 🙂

drinks

I’d get an ice-cold can of soda anytime but I am trying very hard to stop drinking these to avoid more weight gain. I am usually out when I see these things and with the scorching weather, I’d want to have headache relief from the heat, I’d probably settle for a bottle of water or Gatorade.

I sure hope these two are the most logical choices.

cheesy pizza

Yummy cheesy pizza, perfect for a light (light?) afternoon snack. This is the kind of pizza my children prefer, no frills but flavorful.

Sunset for Grandpa

The end of last year signaled grief to my father’s side of the family when a grand uncle passed away. We were able to visit him a few days before he breathed his last and it was a bittersweet memory that he still recognized me, disoriented though he was.

This sunset photo (I made it grainy in texture) was taken when we were on our way home from that visit:

last sunset for GrandUncle

Here is the photo without the grainy texture.

We went back a few days after for his wake but we just stayed for some time since we had to travel back home. It was good to see relatives even if the circumstances were sad. Spending some time with them, albeit it was a very short time made me realize how much I have been amiss on what is happening with them. Continue Reading »
