I’m here yet again, doing the click here for appetite suppressants thing.
I’ve yet to lose the weight that has been here for a long time. I don’t think I can achieve the “ideal” weight. First things first, I’ve stopped doing anything that will help me. No more hula-hooping. No more Zumba dancing. No more early morning walks. I haven’t opened this book for a long time.
The fact that I signed up to join the Millennium Run for Women’s Health should have been a starting point to go back to any kind of fitness routine that I know of but nada. No inspiration nor initiative to do so.
Frustrating, especially when I see these food photos I took 😀
Smart C+ is one of the bottled drinks that my children absolutely love. They like grapefruit/pomelo flavor best.
Smart C+ brand ambassadors Divine Lee, Liz Uy and RJ Ledesma. Not in photo are Anton del Rosario and Rissa Mananquil.
Smart C+ is a great choice because it is made with real fruit juice without artificial coloring, added preservatives and artificial sweeteners. The three citrus variants are Lemon Squeeze, Orange Crush and Pomelo-Grapefruit. Every bottle of has 500mg of Vitamin C which helps in strengthening the immune system and repairing cells and tissues brought about by the daily stresses we deal with.
If you want to have your own “I Choose____” shirt, visit Smart C+ events at TriNoma Mall’s Cinema Lobby on September 17 – 18 and at the Market! Market! Activity Center on October 14 – 15, 2011. You only have to pay PhP200 for six bottles of Smart C+ and your “I Choose___” t-shirt that you can design to show what you stand for.
Among the 11 semi-finalists, only 3 will be chosen and will be awarded a total prize of PhP250,000 to jumpstart their projects.
In 2010, it was Team Biggkas of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) who bagged the grand prize for its farm-in-the-city concept. The winning team taught hydroponics gardening to mothers in Barangay San Joaquin in Pasig City so they have their own sustainable source of vegetables within the community. Mothers made their first harvest of lettuce and kangkong in April this year. The local government of Pasig City has expressed a desire to replicate the same program in other barangays.
This year, 11 teams were selected as semi-finalists out of 56 entries from over 20 schools in NCR, Camanava, and Calabarzon.
Exercise and diet is a long, slow and sure way to be fit and healthy. Not just any diet, this diet should consisthealthy food. I know this for a fact because I have a living example of what this vava-voom combination can do, right friend?
Other may resort to using the best weight loss pills to help make the process of slimming down faster. There are those who’d take other means like dancing, walking, running, or hula-hooping as a fitness routine rather than go to a gym and face machines. And toned down trainers.
I used to be enrolled in Zumba classes during summer. When classes started I found that I didn’t have the time to go back. Still working on my sked but I know in time I will be back. Group dancing is more fun than me dancing alone (like no one is watching) at home because in a group, you’d get embarrassed to sit and rest since everyone’s still dancing. At home when I try to dance, I’d end up sitting and taking a break on every other song in the play list. Duh.
I think I’d be devising a plan for this diet and exercise combination especially now that I will be turning a year older this week.
I know gushing about having a PR is sooo like a noob blogger *insert rolls eyes emoticon here*
My food blog recently got PR’ed, if there’s such a word. This happening came as a surprise and inspired me to cook more, never mind if a glowing neon “buyphenphedrine.com” sign is making it’s way to me. LOL.
Right now, the boiled potatoes (with grated cheese and butter) are sitting in the blue silicon baking pan, inside the fridge waiting for 4:30am. I’m gonna bake this for a bit for the kids’ breakfast.
The spring rolls are also waiting for their turn to get fried in the morning.
The cooked rice is in the fridge too, to be cooked as fried rice.
And best of all, the coconut jam warmed with butter and “cooked” with scrambled egg is cooling down. This will be for tomorrow morning’s toast.
