World Book and Copyright Day happens every April 23.
The National Book Development Board, the Quezon City Government and IPO Philippines will celebrate World Book and Copyright Day at the Quezon City Memorial Circle:

Included in the day’s events are storytelling, poetry-reading and picture taking with different characters like a “pirate” symbolizing the pirate of piracy, a crime that is punishable by law.

Got summer plans already?
