Moving Means Losing the Weight

“If I were to lose you, I’d say good riddance”

YOU = weight.

I’m here yet again, doing the click here for appetite suppressants thing.

I’ve yet to lose the weight that has been here for a long time. I don’t think I can achieve the “ideal” weight. First things first, I’ve stopped doing anything that will help me. No more hula-hooping. No more Zumba dancing. No more early morning walks. I haven’t opened this book for a long time.

The fact that I signed up to join the Millennium Run for Women’s Health should have been a starting point to go back to any kind of fitness routine that I know of but nada. No inspiration nor initiative to do so.

Frustrating, especially when I see these food photos I took 😀

I Heart Trinkets

As I was going through my trinkets the other day, I picked up the many pieces that make up my Bracelet a Breloques. I love my trinkets which are mostly cutesy bracelets and earrings. Of course, diamond rings would be great but I can’t wear these when I ride the train when I go to work, 😀

Bracelet a Breloques

I remember I wrote a post about it so I tried to go look for the post in the archives. I was surprised that there’s a number 7 in the “Share in Facebook” button because I remembered that I did not share this post using that button.

Wheee! It feels good that there were people who shared this post. Thank you, thank you! I hope you shared it because you liked it 🙂

2011 Mommy Milkshake

My two younger kids and I are joining 2011 Mommy Milkshake, yey! Lookit!  We’re in the first photo! We joined last year’s 2010 Mommy Milkshake Run.

We already got a confirmation email on how we can register.

Mommy Milkshake is a yearly run/walk/crawl/hop/skip event where pregnant, breastfeeding, and beautiful moms (this is where I belong since I’m neither pregnant nor breastfeeding, haha!) and their children (and husbands too) join to have fun.

Pregnant moms however, need to wear the official shirt for the run and not their cutesy maternity clothes. All participants have pink singlets and race bibs.

We’re excited already to join 2011 Mommy Milkshake.

Ipanema Gisele Bündchen Butterfly Collection

The Ipanema Gisele Bündchen Butterfly Collection is here! The Ipanema Gisele Bündchen Butterfly Collection is the sixth of the Ipanema Gisele Bündchen line designed by the supermodel. She is also the ambassador for United Nations Environment Programme.

The designs of the Ipanema GB Butterfly Collection features femininity with delicate lace-like weave of butterflies complimenting and prettifying the feet.  There is a butterfly embellishment to make the look prettier than it already is.

Butterflies are best known not just as beautiful winged creatures but also creatures from a metamorphosis from an (icky) crawly creature to a magical winged butterfly. Women, like Gisele who is not just a supermodel but a mom and wife too, go through a series of transformation, just like a butterfly. Along these changes, we strive to make our loves better.

A portion of the sale from the Ipanema GB Butterfly Collection will be used to support ISA, a socio-environmental group aiming to promote awareness about climate change.

I find the collection pretty, especially with the butterfly embellishment. I’ve seen other flip-flop designs, some simple, others ornate with black diamonds and other blings, silk flowers and ribbons. For me, simple and practical is the choice.

Butterflies + Ipanema Gisele Bündchen = <3

Ipanema GB Butterfly is exclusively distributed by ELRO Corporation.
