Vote For Your Town, Vote for Iba Zambales

Mango Cheese Muffins from Iba, Zambales, an entry for Kraft Eden Cheese World’s Longest Christmas Celebration with a Cheesy Twist. This contest features 100 unique cheese-based specialties of 100 towns nationwide to celebrate 100 Days of Christmas.

Iba, (my hometown, yipee! ) is the birthplace of the late President Ramon Magsaysay. The town has several kilometers of clean gray sandy beach and lovely sunset views.

People from Iba, Zambales are wonderful and I say that not because I am from the place but because it is true. We are sweet too, as sweet as the luscious mangoes that delight people who have tasted these. Iba, Zambales has a long stretch of sea that has a wide array of fresh catch, rice fields, and rolling majestic mountain range and yes (one more time), the sweetest mangoes you have ever tasted.

Mechanics for VOTE FOR YOUR TOWN:

1. Buy one Eden 35g, 180g or 450g pack at any supermarkets, public market stalls, groceries, convenience stores or sari sari stores nationwide. 2. Write the following information on a piece of paper attached to one (1) empty Eden pack size:

1. a. Name of Favorite Featured Town (Iba, Zambales)
2. b. Name of Eden Dish for that Town (Mango Cheese Muffins)
3. c. Name
4. d. Age
5. e. Complete Address
6. f. Contact Numbers
7. g. Signature

3. Submit entries at Drop Boxes within participating Towns or mail entries to

4. Deadline for Submission of Entries is on December 2, 2010.

5. Send as many entries as you want. The promo period is from September 4-December 2, 2010. The promo shall be announced on TV through participating ABS CBN Shows.

MECHANICS & PRIZES:

1. One Hundred (100) Towns will be featured and included in the Town Voting Contest. For each of the 100 Featured Towns, a Cook Off will be conducted at each Town to choose the Dish made with Eden cheese that best represents the particular Town.

2. Out of the 100 Featured Towns, the Nine Towns with the most number of votes/entries generated will each be featured in the 2011 Special Eden Packaging.

3. Each of the creators of the Dishes representing the Top Nine Towns will receive Ten Thousand Pesos.

4. The Town with the most number of votes will receive Two Million Pesos worth of prizes.

5. One Home partner will be drawn from the entries who voted for the Winning Town. The Home partner winner will receive the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos.

6. The home partner winner will be drawn under the supervision of an FDA Representative. Each winner is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Kraft Foods (Philippines), Inc. (KFPI) and Prime Cast Event Concepts Plus Inc.

7. The Top Nine Towns will be declared under the supervision of an FDA Representative. Each winner is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Kraft Foods (Philippines), Inc. and Prime Cast Event Concepts Plus Inc.

8. The Winning Town with the most number of votes will be declared under the supervision of an FDA Representative. The Two Million Pesos worth of prizes is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Each winner is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Kraft Foods (Philippines), Inc. and Prime Cast Event Concepts Plus Inc.

9. Prizes are tax-free. Prizes are non-transferable.

THE HOME PARTNER RAFFLE DRAW:

1. The Counting of entries will be held from December 3-8, 2010 to determine the Town with the most number of entries raised.

2. The Home partner Raffle Draw will be held at the Town with the highest vote during the Culminating event on December 24,2010

3. All entries shall be gathered and consolidated by Prime Cast. Only entries for the town with the highest vote shall be delivered at the culminating event.

4. The winning Home Partner will come from among the people who voted for the TOWN with the highest number of entries raised.

5. A KFPI representative will be in charge of drawing the winners during the Raffle Draw. An FDA representative will also be present to verify that the drawn entries are valid. The entries must have all the required information to be considered a valid entry.

6. The winners shall be notified through phone and through registered mail as confirmed by Kraft Foods (Philippines) Inc.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZES:

1. Winners can claim their prizes at Prime Cast Event Concepts Plus, Inc., located at Lower Ground Level, Grayline Ventures Building, 14 Arayat St. Boni, Mandaluyong City

2. The winners must provide at least two of the following valid IDs: Passport, SSS, GSIS, or Driver’s license for identification and verification purposes together with the registered mail notifying them of the win. For winners under the age of 18, a guardian or parent must accompany the minor and must present the registered mail with valid ID’s from the winner and the parent or guardian.

3. The winners (and their parent/guardian, as applicable) must sign acknowledgement and quit claim documents before receipt of their prizes. A winner’s failure to sign the relevant document shall result in his/her automatic disqualification.
