Chef Sau Style Noche Buena at the Maya Kitchen

If you want to have a Noche Buena ala Chef Sau del Rosario, head over to the Maya Kitchen this Saturday, 9am – 1pm on December 5, 2015.

  • Chicken Galantina, ground chicken, chorizo, Vienna sausage, capers, raisins, eggs, ham and bacon;
  • Salt-Baked Salmon, salmon covered then cooked with egg whites and salt served with orange and rosemary beurre blanc sauce;
