Every Saturday, participants post photos based on a theme. The theme for this Saturday is BLUE.
Nature has so many colors to offer and BLUE is a prominent color, except of course on rainy days. It is considered as a “cool” color because one is reminded about water, whether its the sea, the ocean or water in a pool.
Here is another photo of the place and below is my Blue in Nature photo of a part of the South China here in the Philippines:

Crayola crayons have always been a part of our lives. I admit up to now, I still enjoy smelling a newly-opened box of crayons. The smell just excites me. I am glad these crayons are part of my daily grind.
One of the things that I haven’t had the experience yet is to go visit the Crayola factory to see how these crayons are made. Such adventure is one of the field trip destinations of school children here in the Philippines.

SAD. This is Photo Hunt’s theme for today. I have written a long post about what makes me sad (and angry) here.
I will just post a simple photo and a few lines from Karen Carpenter’s song, Rainy Days and Mondays. Listen to her sing here.
I don’t know why but this photo makes me sad. It feels like…what does it feel like to you?
“No need to talk it out, we know what its all about. Hanging around, nothing to do but frown, rainy days and Mondays always let me down.”
What makes you sad?

It has been a long time since we have been to this place.
In fact it was over a year ago when we last went here and I must say I miss the view of the
Sierra Madre Mountain range from this view deck as well as the view of the
hanging bridge.
Not that this place is that spectacular or breathtaking, I just feel comfortable in this place, breathing fresh mountain breeze and listening to the sound of leaves rustling when the soft wind blows.
Here is another set of photos with views from the passenger windows.

This song by Willie Nelson has been playing in my mind while I was thinking about the entry that I will make for Photo Hunters. Since we have lots, I mean really lots of photos of roads going to different destinations, choosing just one was a bit hard.
By the way, I have another entry here.
I chose the photo above however. We were on the way home from visiting my parents and getting the children who stayed there for several weeks last summer (April and May). The sunset was so wonderful I just had to put my hand outside the window and take a photo while we are on the move. It was just fortunate that the photo was good enough for me considering it was only one shot that I took on that spot.

Every Saturday, participants post photos based on a theme. The theme for this Saturday is WILD.
Here is an entry in my main blog for wild.
Below is a photo that I took some months back when we went to watch Russ Swift do precision driving stunts. While Russ Swift was doing his stunts like J turns and donuts and two car-wheelies, the crowds went wild with cheers and applause.
- The crowd went wild!
