When the hubby had registered a high blood pressure reading, one of the things he had to have was a blood pressure monitor. He got ALP K2 digital blood pressure monitor because none of us know how to use the more expensive old school.

It is a great help, regarding health matters, that some things like this digital blood pressure monitor and in some cases, ekg machines, are available to be used at home or in small clinics. Of course, having licensed medical professionals use this is still better. For monitoring purposes, I think these are not just handy but helpful as well.
