CSI Crime City in Facebook

I told myself that I would steer clear of online time wasters this year. Before 2010 was over however, I found myself playing another online game, CSI Crime City in Facebook. Gah!

I spent a lot of time and money (virtual though) to make “My Lab” look good, with the latest equipment and the best furniture my earning could buy. I even changed my floor to something that is made of metal because I wouldn’t want anyone to slip and break evidence. If only there’s an option to apply non skid solution, I would go for it.

CSI

What I love in CSI Crime City:

  • it makes one patiently look for the “evidence” in the different locations
  • prioritizing on buying the more important things like tools and equipment
  • this doesn’t require the player to be online at certain hours because the player needs to accumulate enough “energy” to be able to play

What I don’t like about CSI Crime City:

  • it takes me a day to load my “energy” to continue my searching for evidence which in retrospect is not a bad thing because I don’t feel compelled to be online because there is no deadline.

NOTE: there’s no need to waste energy looking for clues/evidence once you got all clues that need to be found. You can proceed to the next crime case/location  OR stay to earn more money to buy new equipments. You run the risk of losing energy which would disable you to go to the next location of course.

I guess it was a good thing (for this instance) that I use Windows Vista because the Angry Birds game does not play in Vista but in WinXP and Win7.

Hubby said that he will install Win7 soon. Noooo!!!!!!
