Chicken Noodles using Fresh Noodles

Ingredients:

Fresh Noodles

Chicken breast fillet, cut into strips

Carrots, cut into strips

Several bundles of Chinese cabbage

Onions and garlic, cut spring onions

Salt and Pepper to taste OR fish sauce depending upon the health requirement of those who will eat the dish.

Procedure:

Wash the fresh noodles with water. Drain to remove excess water. Saute the onions and garlic in very little oil. Put the chicken with these and cook. Put water when the chicken is cooked and tender. Boil the chicken strips in water and add salt and pepper. Put the fresh noodles and bring to boil. When the water is boiling, put the carrots and cabbage leaves and cover. Turn off the fire.

Top with spring onions and browned garlic.
