How to Avail the UCC Beacons of Change Vision Logbook
PRESS RELEASE:
HOW TO AVAIL THE UCC BEACONS OF CHANGE VISION LOGBOOK
1. P5,000.00 worth of accumulated receipts qualifies you to get a free UCC Beacons of Change Vision Logbook. To claim the logbook, simply present your receipts issued within the promo period at the counter. You will be given a Beacons of Change Card which will give you a chance to get a seat to a Group Collaboration Talk with Francis Kong. Once receipts are presented for this promotion, they will be stamped “Claimed” and cannot be used for other promotions. More promotional coupons for free dishes or drinks are inside the logbook.
2. ADD-ON MODULES will be released in the month of January 2011. The UCC Beacons of Change Vision Logbook must be redeemed first before any of the add-on modules can be availed of. Each additional P1,500.00 single minimum receipt issued within the promo period entitles you to one Beacons of Change module of your choice: Randell Tiongson’s 12 Easy Steps to Financial Wellness(Release Jan 2-8, 2011), Raju Mandhyan’s Mind Mapping (Release Jan 9-15, 2011), and Let’s Go Foundation’s An Entrepreneur’s Workbook for Change (Release Jan 16-22, 2011). To claim the modules, present at the counter the qualifying receipt. For every module availed of, the Beacons of Change Card will be stamped to correspond to the chosen module. (This Card will be used for Bonus Features below) Customers must fill out the following details at the back portion of the stamp: with name, address, contact numbers and signature
3. BONUS FEATURE A: For those who wish to join the optional Bonus Collaboration Talk Promotion, you may take and drop your stamped, (UCC Manager-)signed stub to UCC Podium tambiolos by 11pm on the last day of each release week (Jan 8 for Financial Wellness, Jan 15 for Mind Mapping, Jan 22 for Entrepreneur’s Workbook for Change). Ten (10 names) will be drawn the following Monday, 3:00 pm at the UCC Podium Branch, 18 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center Mandaluyong, Metro Manila to determine who gets a seat to the Group Coffee Collaboration Talk with the Beacon. (Jan 11 for Randell Tiongson, Jan 18, for Raju Mandhyan, Jan 25 for Let’s Go Foundation’s Jay Bernardo). The schedule for these Talks are as follows:

All talks will be held 3:00 pm at the UCC Park Cafe, Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. All winners will be notified through registered mail & phone calls (or the courier). Customers must attend the said scheduled date otherwise it will be forfeited.
BONUS FEATURE B: Each customer who has a Beacons of Change Card with stamps and UCC Manager signatures for ALL three modules within their respective Release Weeks may drop their stub in the UCC Podium tambiolo on the week of January 23-29, 2011 by 11pm on January 29. Ten names will be drawn on Jan 31, 2011, 3:00 pm at the UCC Podium Branch, 18 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center Mandaluyong, Metro Manila for those who will get a seat to the Group Coffee Collaboration Talk with Francis Kong.
The Group Coffee Collaboration Talk with Francis Kong will be held on May 14, 2011, 3:00 pm at the UCC Park Cafe, Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Transportation cost for promotion participant to reach the Group Coffee Collaboration Talk will be for his own account.
All winners will be notified through registered mail & phone calls (or the courier). Customers must attend the said scheduled date otherwise it will be forfeited.
4. The UCC Vision Logbook 2011 and the Add-on Modules will continue to be available for redemption following the aforementioned guidelines until February 28, 2011
5. Five percent of the proceeds from the UCC Beacons of Change Vision Logbook program will be donated to Christ’s Commission Fellowship, a movement with outreaches for ethics and values formation for government, outreaches for prisoners, street children, cancer and substance abuse patients, and other sectors of society.
6. Promo will run from December 15, 2010 to February 28, 2011.
