Yours looks so yummy. When I brought the extra loaf to work last Friday, one of my office mates made a comment about adding chocolate chips. Yesterday, I went to get more bananas so by the end of the week, I can make more with chocolate chips in it. Mini loaf is a good idea. Thanks for sharing!
